European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Antena 3, Spanish broadcasting entreprise, has been acquired to Telefonica by Planeta. Planeta is the third broadcast network in Spain with 20% of shares.
Last year, Antena 3 had a loss of 31 millons euros.
