European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Legrand group, which in 2002 made net sales of nearly 3 billion euros and employs some 27,000 people globally, is the world specialist in products and systems for electrical installations and information networks in residential housing and commercial buildings and in industry.
