European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ABB has decided to suppress 10000 jobs, among which 1000 in Sweden. This staff reduction, will mainly hit the administrative employees and will be achieved through early retirements and job relocations.
