Description
Endeva is a company that provides call centre and ditribution services to other companies.
After loosing a contract with Argos, Endeva announced a restructuring plan involving more than 600 jobs in 40 locations around Britain.
Amicus, the trade union for Endeva's employees, threatened to sue the company for not honouring the workers' contracted redundancy payments.
Managment argues the company hasn't got any funds.
