European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
These employees start to benefit of the Extraordinary Earning Complements. This means that these people do not work but formally are company employees and the State pays them around the 80% of their wage. After a set period these people may restart to work in the company or may dismissed.
on April 2003 the company announced that such employees will be dismissed.
