Transcom WorldWide, a customer oriented consultancy firm, will create a call centre in Roanne, where Giat Industries is restructuring its production site.
The centre will employ 60 to 80 people as of April 2004 and it is expected to grow up to 400 to 500 employees within 3 years.
In March 2007, Transcom WorldWide announced that the call centre in Roanne and the two new centres of Montluçon (Allier) and Soissons (Aisne) employed 600 new people by December 2006.
