European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
After the purchase of the activities of Cable & Wireless France, Tiscali France announced a restructuring plan affecting 30% of their workforce (162 on 515 in France). More than 60 jobs on 162 dismissed are from the ex Cable & Wireless France.
