European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Collective bargain has been announced at the Ostende York which host the Dover-Ostende link of Hoverspeed. The head manager has explained that even with considerable investments and the restructuring measures of these past 3 years, the activity is still economically unviable. The closure of the site is then announced.
