European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Electronic Data Systems (EDS) France announced a restructuring plan affecting 407 workers on a total workforce of 4200. The restructuring plan is part of the world-wide restructuring plan announced by the group in June 2003.
