Description

Schaeffler is a German manufacturer of automotive components. In the next two years, the company will close down two manufacturing facilities in Uk, and will relocalise the production in Germany, USA China and South Korea. The main reasons are the uncertainty connected with the Brexit and the vicinity with the costumers since the 85% of the UK production is exported to the continental Europe. These relocations are part of a bigger reorganization plan in which also the logistics centres in Hereford and Sutton Coldfield will be merged.
