Description

Inalfa, a Dutch manufacturer of sliding roof systems, announced the reduction of around one hundred jobs at its production plant in Oostrum, Friesland. The company is cutting staff to adapt to changing market conditions and future business needs while keeping the facility operational. This restructuring is an internal initiative; some employees will be transferred to other positions within the Inalfa group, whereas others will lose their roles permanently.

With a global workforce exceeding 5,000, Inalfa’s decision aims to streamline operations in response to evolving demand without closing its plant.
