Description

Bosch Rexroth AG, a German industrial technology company, announced plans to cut around 370 positions in its central purchasing and administrative units at its headquarters in Lohr am Main by the end of 2030.

The restructuring is driven primarily by rising personnel costs and business growth in Asia, prompting the company to shift its procurement while reducing jobs locally.

Bosch Rexroth plans to create 80 new positions and expanding the purchasing business in Asia.

The company has stated that it intends to implement the job cuts in a socially responsible manner.

Bosch Rexroth employs approximately 13,200 people in Germany and about 5,000 in Lohr am Main.
