European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Bundeswehr, Germany’s Armed Forces, has announced plans to create approximately 100 new jobs in Wettringen, Bavaria, as part of the construction of one of three new goods and services centre.
The new site will serve as a central hub for clothing storage, laundry services, and distribution, with the aim of improving the efficiency and reliability of uniform provisioning.
Construction has already begun, with the facility expected to open in May 2027. The project will strengthen the Bundeswehr’s logistical infrastructure.
All job gains are located in Wettringen.
