TÜV Rheinland, a German testing, inspection and certification company headquartered in Cologne, announced plans to recruit nearly 400 employees in Germany as part of a global hiring drive. The announcement was made during the presentation of the company’s 2025 results.
The company is seeking more than 1,200 employees worldwide, including engineers and skilled workers for technical occupations. The recruitment is intended to support continued growth in testing, certification and technical services, particularly in areas related to new technologies, energy and mobility.
TÜV Rheinland reported 28,550 employees worldwide at the end of 2025 with 33.9% of its global workforce, based in Germany.
