Description

Innexis, a German pharmaceutical and life-science park operator, announced 110 full-time job reductions in Marburg, concluded by the end of 2028.

The internal restructuring aims to improve competitiveness after site closures and includes organisational changes, new technologies, process digitalisation and cross-site competence bundling.

The positions will be discontinued through non-replacement, voluntary departures and age-related exits.

The works council and employees were informed. A social plan is to be negotiated by end-2026 and implemented from early 2027.

Innexis employs about 650 people in Marburg and 850 across the group.
