European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Coating Concepts, a German automotive component finishing company, announced plans to create around 140 new jobs by taking over logistics, office and mezzanine space at Panattoni Park Mainz Süd in Germany. The expansion will commence when the facility is fully occupied at the end of August 2026.
The move supports Coating Concepts’ growth strategy, leveraging the park’s flexible, environmentally certified infrastructure, including DGNB Gold standards, a rooftop photovoltaic system, heat pump heating and rainwater use, to enhance sustainability. Its strategic location near major motorways offers efficient distribution to the Mainz, Frankfurt and Mannheim regions.
The company was founded in 2008 and employs around 200 people.
