Description

Enerflux, an automotive subcontractor, is being liquidated as part of the liquidation of its group, the ACI Group. 178 jobs are at-risk. The company has a factory in Blois (Loir-et-Cher), and a test and technical centre in Chennevières-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne). The group's director is under investigation for abuse of corporate property, as their techniques have been deemed as those of a 'serial buyer's' or a 'Ponzi scheme'. The trade union representatives criticised heavily the group and its leadership, and the damage they caused.

Update 05/05/2026 On the 5th of May, the company was taken over by the Sirius Space start-up. This takeover will save 101 employees, leading to 77 job cuts. The tribunal accepted the takeover offer. The trade union CGT criticised the decision, stating this would negatively affect many families and the territory.
