European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Nexteam Portugal, a Portuguese aerospace company, announced the creation of approximately 100 new jobs at its newly inaugurated facilities in the Parque Industrial de Padreiro, Arcos de Valdevez.
The expansion, driven by an investment of around €22 million in state-of-the-art machinery and infrastructure, aims to increase skilled employment from about 200 to 300 positions by the end of the year. This move supports regional economic development and enhances the company's manufacturing capacity within Portugal. The expansion is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026.
