European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Regiocom Bulgaria, a German-owned company operating in the client-service and business-process management sector, announced the creation of approximately 100 new positions at its Varna offices. The expansion is set to complete by end of 2026.
The growth follows the signing of new contracts with German electricity suppliers, increasing demand for customer-support personnel. The 100 new positions are concentrated at two Varna locations. The company will train recruits in German language and computer skills to meet evolving service requirements.
About 50 positions have already been opened and an additional 50 are expected by year-end. Regiocom Bulgaria employs over 1,700 staff across eight Bulgarian cities and plans further hiring at its other sites throughout 2026.
