Description
McDonald's France, the French subsidiary of the fast-food restaurant chain McDonald's, announced the creation of 1,600 permanent jobs per year in its restaurant network in France. The recruitment programme was formalised through a national roadmap signed on 20 July 2026 and will continue until 2030, with the plan to create 8,000 positions.
The initiative targets individuals in need of work, those with disabilities and single-parent families, aiming to hire locally at its restaurants across France. McDonald’s emphasizes proximity recruiting to reduce commuting times and tailor contracts to each territory.
Social partners have been engaged in the national roadmap aswell. France Travail and Cheops (Cap emploi) signed the agreement at a Puteaux restaurant, ensuring collaboration between the company and public employment services.
