Description
Vertiv, a US multinational offering power, cooling and monitoring solutions for data centers, communication networks and industrial environments, announced the creation of more than 200 new jobs in Croatia through the expansion of its engineering, project management and manufacturing operations in Zagreb and Rugvica. The company plans to recruit more than 50 engineers and over 155 production and technical workers to support growing demand across the EMEA region.
The expansion is driven by increasing demand for infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence and high-density data centres.
Vertiv is strengthening its engineering and manufacturing capacity to design, produce and deliver integrated power and thermal management solutions for large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
The new positions include electrical, civil and mechanical engineers, as well as electricians, assemblers and cooling systems technicians. The company announced the planned recruitment but did not specify when hiring will commence or when all planned jobs will be created.
Vertiv currently employs more than 650 workers in Croatia at its headquarters in Zagreb and production facility in Rugvica, which serves as one of the company's key manufacturing and operational hubs for the EMEA region.
