Description
Revolut, a fintech company providing app-based banking and financial services, announced plans to create more than 300 new jobs in Poland within the next year. The move aligns with the digital transformation trend driving demand for tech talent across Europe.
The recruitment will increase its Polish workforce to over 1,600 employees and will cover services, engineering, data analytics, sales roles and operations, supporting the development of global solutions from the Polish hub. Recruitment is underway. The expansion is linked to the continued growth of Revolut’s operations and customer base in Poland. The company also plans to open a new office in Warsaw in autumn 2026, while some roles may also be based in Kraków or performed remotely from other parts of Poland.
