Beiersdorf, a German consumer goods company, announced the creation of up to 450 new jobs at its logistics centre in Leipzig-Seehausen. According to the company, the facility is scheduled to become operational in 2027.
The investment will expand Beiersdorf’s production and distribution capacities at a single location. The expansion is driven by the consolidation of production and logistics activities in order to shorten transport routes and improve delivery times. The project supports the company’s strategy of strengthening its core skincare brand portfolio through enhanced supply chain integration.
Beiersdorf currently employs approximately 2,600 people.
