Description
Nosoli, a French book retail group, announced the closure of 11 stores— 7 Le Furet du Nord stores and 4 Decitre shops—threatening up to 163 jobs.
The affected units are libraries across France, including locations in Roubaix, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Roissy, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Plaisir, Béthune, Lyon, Grenoble and Saint-Étienne. At the end of 2025, ActuaLitté reported on Nosoli's economic difficulties, when the group injected funds to maintain Decitre's activity. In 2024, 50 jobs had already been cut and five stores closed by the Nosoli group: 3 Le Furet du Nord points of sale, in Lille, Paris and Beauvais.
Nosoli operates over 600 employees across its 27 outlets.
