European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Foundever, a multinational customer experience and business process outsourcing, specialised in outsourced sales, technical support, customer service, and other business processes, has expanded its footprint in Romania by opening a new 3,500-sqm office at Campus 6.3 in Bucharest that will host roughly 300 employees. This growth strengthens the company’s customer experience services operations locally and signals a commitment to better service delivery.
The move responds to the need for a modern, efficient workspace for staff while supporting business development in the country. It aligns with Foundever’s strategy of scaling local presence without altering headcount elsewhere. All new positions are located at Bucharest (Campus 6.3). The expansion focuses on this site and keeps staffing stable across other regions or countries, avoiding layoffs or relocations.
