Description
Sphera Franchise Group, the largest Romanian operator of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Romania, announced an ambitious 2026 expansion plan that will open 20 new restaurants and create roughly 500 new jobs across the country. The company’s strategy focuses on high-traffic urban centers and emerging markets, with a particular emphasis on drive-through and delivery formats that have seen sales increase by about 20% compared to traditional outlets.
New locations include Bucharest and Ilfov (12 units) plus Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași, Constanța, Brașov, and Craiova. The expansion will create positions for kitchen staff, front-of-house personnel, delivery couriers, and dispatchers, with competitive wages and benefits such as free meals and transport reimbursement. The initiative is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026.
