European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ILUNION Lavanderías de Canarias, a Spanish industrial laundry company, has announced the construction of a new plant in the Zona Industrial de Playa Honda, San Bartolomé, Lanzarote. The project will create 100 jobs, including 75 positions reserved for people with disabilities, and involves a €10 million investment comprising €4 million for construction, €3.5 million for installations, and €2.5 million in specialized machinery.
The expansion aims to reinforce local employment, promote inclusive hiring and support sustainable economic development on the island. The modern facility will handle up to 30 000 kilos of laundry per day, primarily serving the hotel, health-care and industrial sectors of Lanzarote.
