Gradus (Gradus JSC), a Bulgarian poultry company, announced the acquisition of a large poultry production base near Burgas and plans to increase chicken-meat output by more than 50 %, creating over 150 permanent jobs directly at the Burgas facility.
The expansion is driven by a strategy to become a leading European producer of broiler meat, supported by modernization, automation, energy efficiency and sustainable practices. Job creation is concentrated at the Burgas site, with additional support roles expected across the group’s existing facilities in Stara Zagora, Ruse, Chirpan, Yambol.
