Description

Arvato, a German logistics provider, has announced the creation of 100 new jobs at its new logistics site in Kamen by the end of 2026.

The fashion retailer Tom Tailor and Arvato are working together to expand the logistics network. This move responds to growing demand for speed, flexibility and cross-channel control. Digital automation, including automated picking and advanced packaging, underpins the new setup and improves efficiency.

In March 2026, the B2C operations were relocated from Dortmund to Kamen. Arvato and Tom Tailor are expanding the Kamen site into an omnichannel hub by integrating B2C and selected B2B fulfilment activities to centralise operations and improve speed and efficiency.

Arvato, part of the Bertelsmann Group, operates across Europe with a workforce of around 28,000.
