Description
Solutions 30 Sud-Est, a French subsidiary of a Luxembourg-based group, is facing liquidation that could eliminate more than 250 jobs. The company, operating in the telecommunications sector with installations of copper and fibre networks, has employees spread across the Var, Bouches du Rhone, and Alpes Maritimes. The liquidation, triggered by a 30-million-euro liability and the end of the copper network, is set to proceed following a court hearing on 17 June. The restructuring is driven by financial distress, the loss of its main client Orange, and broader market contraction in connectivity services.
