Description
DP World, the UAE-based logistics group is expanding its operations in Czechia. The company will create 750 new jobs at its newly built distribution centre in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov. The first wave of recruitments is currently ongoing.
The centre will handle the overseas distribution of automotive components and spare parts for the BMW Group, which tasked DP World with the operation of the new facility. The expansion is driven by growing demand for efficient logistics in Central Europe and a strategic partnership with the BMW Group. The final inspection is scheduled for summer 2026, after which the distribution centre will begin operations.
The location of the distribution centre in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park is strategic and was chosen due to its direct connections to air, road, and rail transport. The new site will be DP's first Czech automotive logistics hub and its largest operation in Central Europe.
