European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Innovafeed, a French company specialised in animal nutrition based on insects, is cutting 60 positions. This will lead to the closure of its research and development site in Gouzeaucourt (Nord). The decision follows a fresh €51 million funding round and reflects a strategic shift toward commercial expansion and a focus on the company’s industrial plant in Nesle (Somme). The restructuring is aimed at accelerating sales in pet food and aquaculture markets. Several companies in the insect farming sector are facing difficulties.
