Description

Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechaniczne Belma, a Polish defence manufacturer, announced the creation of over 100 additional jobs, including electronics, IT specialists, mechanics and constructors, as part of a major expansion of its production capacity.

The expansion is expected to start in early June 2026 and will significantly increase output, supporting supplies to the Polish Armed Forces and other NATO member states. The investment is linked to more than PLN 300 million in public capital support and aims to develop production capabilities for anti-tank mines, mine-laying systems and drone-related components. The company plans to expand its facility and recruit specialists, including electronics engineers, IT specialists, mechanics and construction workers.
