European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Teleperformance LT, the Lithuanian subsidiary of the French customer-service provider Teleperformance, announced the dismissal of 34 employees from its Vilnius call-centre unit. The workforce reduction will commence on 31 July 2025 and conclude on 01 September 2025, affecting 34 agents out of a total of 251 staff.
The layoffs are driven by a geopolitical downturn that has sharply reduced demand for Teleperformance’s services.
All 34 positions are being terminated through direct dismissals.
The company employs 251 people and has been operating in Lithuania since 2015, providing customer care, technical support, as well as digital and social media solutions.
Teleperformance had previously laid off 80 staff in October 2023 Teleperformance LT 2023 - LT and 42 employees in April 2025 Teleperformance LT 2025 - LT.
