Rippling, a US-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provider, is expanding its operations in Ireland with the creation of 150 new roles at its newly expanded Dublin headquarters.
The new jobs are across sales, finance, legal, compliance, implementation, customer support, marketing and operations.
The hires will be filled over the coming year, bringing the Irish headcount to more than 300 employees.
Rippling’s growth is driven by its AI-powered workforce platform, which integrates HR, IT, finance and payroll functions to automate workflows and deliver insights. The expansion underlines the firm’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the EMEA market and support the growing demand for its technology across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
