European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lumene Group, a Finnish cosmetics company, announced the termination of 54 employment contracts in its Finnish operations. The changes, driven by lower profitability relative to the sector average, evolving consumer buying habits, rising costs, and overall market uncertainty, will take effect in June 2026 following negotiations that began in April. The restructuring is an internal measure affecting the company’s domestic workforce. In addition, changes will be made to 33 positions. The restructuring negotiations covered all Finnish staff except production workers and production supervisors, totalling 254 positions.
