Description
A-Katsastus Group, a Finnish provider of driving-licence testing and inspection services, announced that it may terminate up to 402 employees across its network, which includes Ajovarma, A-Katsastus and K1-Katsastajat, throughout Finland. The cooperation negotiations are ongoing and will conclude by Midsummer 2026, following the loss of Traficom’s competitive tender that saw Ajovarma lose most of its licence-testing contracts to another company. The restructuring is driven by the need to realign staffing levels with the sharply reduced business volume.
The group had 1,023 employees in 2024.
