European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dragados Offshore, a Spanish firm operating in the renewable energy sector, has announced the construction of several offshore wind platforms, each expected to create more than 2,000 jobs, with peaks of about 1,000 workers at the construction sites in Puerto Real, Campamento and San Roque.
The projects, which commenced in May 2026, involve the assembly of massive wind-turbine foundations and topsides that will be shipped to Germany for integration into the national grid.
