European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Base sp. z o.o., a Kraków-based technology and software company owned by Zendesk International Limited, is expanding its R&D Service Centre in Kraków. Under a public aid agreement with the Polish government, the company is expected to create 134 new jobs in 2026 and a further 192 new jobs in 2027.
The new positions are intended for employees with higher education and are linked to the expansion of the company’s research and development service activities. The investment is supported by a government grant of up to PLN 13.5 million.
