Description
Leroy Merlin, a French retailer specialising in construction, décor and gardening, announced a new 48,500 square metre warehouse in CTPark Bucharest West, Romania and will create 150 new jobs.
The facility will become a key logistics hub for the company’s 25-store network across 16 Romanian cities and support future openings in Bistrița, Brăila and Galați.
Construction started in 2026 and is due to be delivered in February 2027, strengthening CTPark Bucharest West as a central hub for the Central and Eastern European region. The expansion will be supported by the existing 3,500 Romanian employees and aligns with the group’s broader network under Adeo; it is carried out without job cuts.
