Description
Air Antilles, a French regional airline, has been liquidated by the Pointe-à-Pitre tribunal, rendering its 116 employees redundant. The company has been in insolvency proceedings since February. The several takeovers offers, including those gradually rehiring, were not deemed sufficient. Most of the offers did not guarantee the retention of a significant proportion of employees. Employees expressed their exhaustion and lack of support. Since April 2025, the company had been operating under a provisional licence, but its certificate was later suspended.
