European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Consolis Tecnyconta, the Spanish subsidiary of the European construction prefabrication group Consolis, has launched a recruitment drive to hire more than 100 workers at its recently acquired plant in Fresnillo de las Dueñas. The initiative follows the purchase of Iberian Precast (IBP) and forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy in the region. The objective is to progressively double the plant’s workforce before the end of the year.
The vacancies cover a range of production roles, including welders, steel fixers, overhead crane operators, formworkers, metal carpenters and general factory operatives. The company emphasises that the recruitment plan represents a stable employment opportunity in a growing industrial environment, highlighting its commitment to continuous training, professional certification and internal promotion.
