European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mollo Group, an Italian company operating in the equipment rental sector, has announced the creation of over 200 new jobs as part of an expansion plan for its national network of rental branches across Italy. This plan includes the launch of new sites in Cagliari, Rome and Ancona, and is set to be completed by the end of 2027.
This expansion is linked to the group’s 2026–2027 industrial plan. The plan involves investments totalling EUR 170 million, an increase in the number of Mollo Noleggio branches from 78 to 100, strengthening the machinery fleet, and making selected strategic acquisitions. The new positions are expected to support operational growth and improve service quality in a rapidly expanding market.
