European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SCC France, a French IT services and cybersecurity company, announced it would hire 250 employees in the current year to support its growth. This will include 60 experts on artificial intelligence. The initiative is driven by digital transformation objectives, including automation of internal processes and the deployment of AI-based decision-support tools, to meet evolving client needs and strengthen technological sovereignty. This is requiring a 30 million euros investment.
SCC France has a workforce of 2,700 employees.
