Description

Flauraud, a manufacturer of parts, accessories and services for the automotive industry, is cutting 120 of its 320 workforce throughout France. This internal restructuring following the company's acquisition by the American investment fund Fair Cap. Ten new posts will also be created. Nine out of the twenty stores will be closed, impacting Clermont-Ferrand and Aubière. The logistics sites of Clermont-Le Brézet and Aurillac will also be affected. However, employee representatives are demanding an expert assessment. Additionally, the job saving plan must be approved by the Labour Inspectorate in September.
