European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Trade Republic, an online brokerage company, announced plans to create 1,000 new jobs. The job creation plan is expected to be implemented over the next 12 months.
The job creation is set out in a new strategy to improve the company's services that it announced in April 2026. With this step, the company is responding to previous criticism and seeks to strengthen its customer service.
Trade Republic wants to employ more personal to offer round the clock customer support relying on human staff rather than artificial intelligence solutions.
Trade Republic was founded in 2015 in Berlin and employs 200 staff in Germany.
