Description
Mosca, a German family-owned machinery manufacturer with its headquarters in Waldbrunn, announced a reduction of up to 150 jobs across its German operations. The cuts will affect its production and support units, with the first dismissals scheduled after 1 July 2026.
The restructuring aims to restore financial stability amid weakened investment climates, heightened competition, rising costs, and regulatory pressures. Mosca will realign its structure and strengthen its position while avoiding external financing.
The company has entered negotiations with its works council on socially responsible solutions.
Mosca employs 1,400 staff worldwide.
