European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Adeunis, based in Isère, specializes in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. In late 2019, the company initiated a relocation of its production chain, moving a part of sensor and IoT solutions manufacturing from suppliers in Southeast Asia to France. To optimize logistic costs, it moved 75% of its production to Le Creusot, France. Additionally, in response to challenges arising from the electronic component shortage following the Covid crisis, Adeunis adopted alternative components. During the pandemic, the company secured a State Guaranteed Loan (PGE) amounting to €0.8 million.
