Description

MultiDocker, a Swedish manufacturer of material handlers, made the decision to relocate a portion of its production to Sweden in 2019. Specifically, the CH600, the company's smallest model, is now produced in Norrköping, Sweden, rather than Franeker, Holland, starting from May 2019. The CEO of MultiDocker highlights several advantages for this relocation. Producing the CH600 in Norrköping enables more standardized production, allowing for further enhancements to their production model. Having innovation and production in the same location enhances efficiency in developing their product concept, including digitization. MultiDocker intends to maintain assembly and production operations in both Sweden and Holland.
