SGH Healthcaring is a plastic solutions provider for the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, with a workforce of 170 employees. In 2019, it announced the relocation of its plastic ampoule production to its Rovipharm site in Val-Revermont, Ain, France. The ampoules were since 2013 manufactured through injection molding in Portugal. The decision aims to achieve full control over the production process. The company emphasizes its commitment to meeting high-quality standards and addressing environmental concerns in the manufacturing process. The Rovipharm facility, acquired by SGH Healthcaring in 2018, has two ISO 8 certified cleanroom injection plastic workshops and a dedicated space for product decoration and assembly.
